Served as a Product Line / Intelligent Automation Lead
- Contributed significantly to shaping and defining the Intelligent Automation strategy, including the definition of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the program. This effort led to the successful implementation of over 35 automation projects across Commercial, Research, and Manufacturing Divisions in the US and Global Markets, resulting in an estimated annual savings of $20M+ and enabling revenue recapture in the range of $10M-$12M. Responsible for overseeing a Line of Products.
- Systematically delivered automation solutions on time and within budget, utilizing tools such as UiPath, Dataiku, APIs, AWS, Python, and Azure DevOps/CICD. Demonstrated a systems thinking approach, focusing on continuous process improvement and reducing the total cost of ownership. Also, managed operational and production support for deployed bots.
- Built and led a team of seven direct reports, providing coaching and mentorship on coding standards, Agile methodologies, and the utilization of tools and procedures.
- Led a cross-functional team to develop a tool for assessing automation effectiveness in production. Leveraged technologies such as TIBCO Spotfire, MS SQL Server, and SQL to create an innovative dashboard solution for analyzing patterns in production failures, addressing automation issues that had previously cost the company $2M annually.

- Ensured strict adherence to Merck’s regulatory requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley and GxP, as well as adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Implemented a systematic, process-oriented approach to ensure compliance, resulting in zero findings in internal audits.

Associate Director, Program & Project Management (2012 – 2020)
- Directed numerous initiatives within the Human Health Organization, serving the Pharma and Vaccine areas, with a focus on ensuring the right customer received the right price at the right time.
- Managed multi-million-dollar program budgets, estimates, resource plans, and vendor relationships. Consistently delivered automation solutions on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Initiative Highlights:
- (2019 – 2020) Led the Robotic Process Automation initiative for the Customer Contract Management space, successfully launching the first automation solution in this area.
- (2019 – 2020) Oversaw the identification and implementation of stabilization improvements, monitoring capabilities, and the establishment of clearly defined processes for a web application with a Java frontend, Oracle DB backend, and SDL Tridion platform. This transformation also transitioned the MyMerckAccounts.com (MMA) team from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- (2015 – 2018) Supported Contracting Customer data initiatives, utilizing Informatica ETL, Oracle, and ModelN Revenue Cloud. Introduced innovative solutions to enhance the quality of contracting customer data through creative problem-solving.
- (2012 – 2014) Successfully took over the failing Managed Market System Implementation Program, specifically the Customer Subject Area workstream, leading it to a successful launch in 2014. The solution was flawlessly deployed a full week ahead of schedule.

- (2011 – 2012) Served as a Project Manager for the Customer Interaction Repository and as a Program Manager for the SAP ERP (COMET LSP) Harmonization Initiative and Global Product Master.
